#EPIC MY LIBRARY INSTALL#
The store says I own the game when I hover over the purchase button yet I can't install it. When I go to my library, I see an empty space/distorted graphics between last B and first D initial titled games, indicating that where C (as in CONTROL) should be is nothing. A few hours later I sent another email telling them that I sent an image. I re-sent an actual image taken from that email receipt right away and. I tried to forward the email receipt I could send to my mail via order history at EGS, but they couldn't see it and told me so. I told them I purchased it directly through EGS and provided them even the transaction number/order ID.

I wrote from the same mail my account is associated with:Īfter providing all the details they send an email verification to my email address, I did how I've been told. On Tuesday noon I opened a support ticket. I pre-purchased (via EGS when it was discounted by 10 EUR) because I thought "how bad can EGS be, give them a chance.". Please drop by the forums and let us know what you think of the new launcher and if you have any feedback or suggestions for the future.Control disappeared from my account. We believe that this new version of the launcher will greatly enhance your experience with using the Unreal Engine. You can easily delete any projects you should no longer need in order to eliminate clutter. In addition, the My Projects section displays projects created from the editor or compiled from GitHub. The launcher now shows all versions of all projects in one location. Where did these new projects come from?Ĭontent downloaded with the previous version of the launcher created one project per version of the engine however, in My Content, the launcher only displayed the content specific to the version you had selected. You can continue to use previously downloaded projects, however Marketplace does not recognize previously downloaded content until you re-download them into your Vault.Ģ. With the new launcher, content is separated into Vault downloads vs. With the previous version of the launcher, all content was downloaded directly into a project which you would modify directly. Why does Marketplace not display content I previously downloaded as “Installed”? Pro-Tip - If you are testing out some new features go ahead and clone the project first so you hold your working copy to the side while you check out the compatibility in the new version.ġ.

This will update the engine association for the project. Open the engine version you want to use and open the project from inside the editor. If you want to open a sample in a different version of the editor:.The launcher will respect that setting when opening the project. To keep things simple in the launcher, projects have a small indicator of the engine they are associated with.
